What's happened between Gil and Sara since we last saw her?

I think this season, they will address what has happened between Grissom and Sara since she left the CSIs. What do you think has happened?

Thye got married in Paris, and he's lecturing so Ecklie needed her to come back to help out, beings Riley left and their shorhanded. He'll return I think for the May sweeps, and all's good in their paradise. What do you think has happened?"They got married on a beach in Costa Rica; then Griss was offered a teaching gig in Paris. Sara couldn't get a work visa for France so she was stuck being a housewife which for her is an unnatural situation but she does have Griss and she will to give anything a try. She taken classes and tours around Paris but after a while she get a lot stir crazy. Ecklie calls Grissom asking him to come back and straighten Catherine out but since Grissom is in the middle of a semester he recommends his better half. Ecklie doesn't want to take her back but then again he doesn't want the Sherriff to put his boot up Ecklie's butt. Grissom see her off in Paris and makes her promise not to take any chance; she makes him promise that if and when he can to come and join her in LV for a visit before they go on another trip. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. "Wow! how do you know all that? Sara revealed a little of that in last night's ep, but certainly not all of it!"It's my version of Fan Fiction. We already knew that they were wed; I just decide where I would want them to get wed. The Paris teaching bit came from a spoiler but what Sara was doing while Grissom taught is pure imagination and conjecture. The rest was best guess and how I would want the characters to act in that situation. Anyways we do know a little more from last night. Grissom took the job because they are waiting on funding for a research project they want to do. Eklie called Sara, can you believe it, and asked for referralls but Sara suggested herself. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

They got married in a Costa Rican courthouse--simple, before a local magistrate! Grissom is one of those 'straight-laced' kinda guys who, once he figured things out, wanted to get married. Keep it simple, unexpected, like his proposal! Since the research group Sara was working with were French, they both go to Paris to finish up the Costa Rican research project. Enjoy Paris. Grissom gets to lecture--he has about a million power points in his presentation--and Sara attends daily for a month. Then Ecklie calls, gets her instead of Grissom, and she agrees to return to LV!

The only thing I'm having a hard time believing is that Ecklie would take Sara back so easily. After all, she did just walk off the job without notice . . .most employers would make a "do not rehire" notation in the person's file. But apparently the team is desperate and needed someone to start right away since Riley left. I guess I was one of the few fans who liked Riley, but it's also nice to see Sara back in action.

Ecklie is such an @$ that all he wants is work done! So he would hire the devil if he thought the dept. would look good--thus getting Sara back and not having to spend time training a new person.

She was an awesome CSI, and he knows that. whatever happend before how she walked out, is now water under the bridge. And some employers are 'understanding' especially when their in a pinch~"CSI's with her skill set and level of expertise don't grow on trees and while Ecklie may be a slime most of the time; he does realize that if the Lab's reputation declines so does his chance for advancement. I don't think Sara's ghosts are gone but more than likely under control. The one question I always had about Nicks abduction and inprisonment and Sara abduction and torture was did the City of LV pay for them to get Post Traumatic Stress Disorder counselling or were they on their own? Were they even offered counselling? It would explain Sara "Breakdown" if she wasn't offered or even ordered into counselling. Grissom is a support for Sara but even he couldn't stop PTSD from nearly destroying Sara. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Yes, in "The Happy Place" they brought in a counselor to help them with their grief, remember Greg was crying. and Grissom was telling her about Hank his dog was depressed, [actually it was him] so they did offer them that perk, after Warrick died~
