okay grissom hugs maddie because he can't see trough his teary eyes sara comes in and see this she pulls maddie away from grissom and kicks her out of the lab nice picture.

If we let Sara push maddie from a building we also know who the jumper (in this case faller) is. That's already two problems solved:-)
