"Some people aren't meant to be together."
Mar 24 2008, 9:14 AM EDT Can anyone help solve an argument and tell me which season/episode the following is from . . . Grissom is talking about the reaction of (I assume) two chemicals - his line ends with something like "They burn each other out." Then Sara says something like: "I guess some people aren't meant to be together." Apologies if the quotes are all wrong but you get the idea - any answers? 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

GRISSOM: When you combine two seemingly harmless elements -- aluminum and rust -- press them together, add heat ... it creates an explosion so hot it'll burn through steel. Powerful but uncontrollable. It burns and burns until it burns itself out, finally consuming both elements. SARA: I guess some people just shouldn't be together. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. This was TPTB throwing out little clues to the viewers and believe me it had me guessing. First he wants her around, then he wants her to get a life and he's talking about relationships in relationship in front of her that's a kind of clue don't you think. Do you find this valuable? |

I just think it shows how they are sociably inept. 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |
