So I just watched the season six DVD extras and when she's talking about her character they put both the actress's name and the character name up on the screen. They spelled Sophia with a 'ph' NOT an 'f'. Sorry guys, but someone spelled her name wrong. I'll try to fix as many spellings as I can find, but I probably won't find all of them.

Okay, this may be a silly question, but...where'd she go? Do we know anything about the actress having wanted to leave and whatnot? Have I just had my head under a rock?

Can someone tell me why her name is spealt Det. Sophia Curtis in the episode Lab Rats, as well as on the season 6 box set interview? It says Louise Lombard as Sophia Curtis.. Yet on all the sites I see it as Sofia, and on the closed captions as well as 1 interview. Is the favored spelling with an F because of Sofia Milos? or is that the way she [the character] spells it and who ever wrote the episode, typed the name up wrong on the report they showed a close up of that said, Det. Sophia Curtis? I would really hate to spell her name wrong. I am a huge fan of the character, and like most who get upset when Sidle is spealt Sidel, I want to know the correct spelling of Det. Curtis's first name so I am not spelling it wrong.

uggg! i cannot stand her!!! because i dont like her, i usually dont like any other people, at my school, named sofia!!! that works out because a person i hate has the name sofia for her spanish name

the addition of yet another strong woman on the show just showcases how this show moves with certain dynamics. above all it would be the strength of its characters and how they're being portrayed. She's quirky, smart, fast mouthed and in my opinion just as alluring as Sara and Cath. I think she was put into the detective position to add that female touch. A female Brass ;)
I really hope she comes back, I miss her and Sara. They had a knack for lighting the screen on fire :p

I do not get this charictor. She adds no substancial depth to the show and seems like a placeholder for when the bigger charactors come in. I do not say that the actress is bad, but I just wish they would add more depth to her personal traits, likes, dsilikes and other charactoristics that TV charactors should have. If anyone agrees or has evidence to the conterary, post if you want to...

isn't she supposed to leave CSI for another one that she is like the main character in where she plays a cop? maybe that was a false thing that i heard. anyone else hear that?!?!?!

i don't really think she likes Grissom I think she used to get by on sucking up to the bosses but i like her a lot more in the last two seasons and she is really hot my main ship is gsr but i also like the idea of sassy

It's not her fault that the police officer died whilr they were trying to get the miniature killer. It's not like she knew the officer was dying. Does anyone notice that when she has a really big problem she goes to Grissom?
