Season Six Facts - CSI

6x01 | Bodies in Motion
  • Nick Stokes is noticeably affected when he finds a bug on his arm.
  • Warrick Brown is now married to Tina.
  • Catherine Willows is not happy with Warrick's marriage because her possibility of a fantasy was ruined.
  • Sofia Curtis transferred back to LVPD as a detective.

6x02 | Room Service
  • Doc Robbins has a scrapbook of dead celebrities that he has performed autopsies on, including Tupac and Entwistle.

6x03 | Bite Me
  • Catherine Willows states that tequila reminds her of Señor Frog's.
  • Catherine Willows says that lovers and co-workers never work.
  • Jim Brass tells Catherine that if she ever wants to go back to Señor Frog's, then it's on him.
  • Grissom and Sara share an awkward moment during investigating a crime scene when they discover that a married couple are not sharing a bed.

6x04 | Shooting Stars
  • Gil Grissom likes Archaeology whenever he wants to feel small.
  • Gil Grissom would like to see the pyramids one day.

6x05 | Gum Drops
  • Due to a death in William Petersen's family, the original plot outline changed to make Nick the one who believed Cassie was still alive. The original plot was this:-
The entire team was to be working in the town of Pioche, Nevada.

Ecklie is ordering them to stop working. He doesn’t want to pay for any more overtime.

Given that every second may count in finding the family, they decide to stay overnight in the town at a motel. The Dew Drop Inn is a bare bones place, which Nick notes is far less than they deserve after working 24 hours straight.

They have three rooms, Warrick and Nick take one, Sara has one to herself (lab policy in a situation like this) and that leaves Grissom and Greg. Greg tries to make a joke about their sharing space, Grissom is not amused. Greg later goes on to warn Grissom off of his towels to avoid catching any “BugMan” DNA cooties. Greg also turns out to be a ferocious snorer. He’s so bad that he drives Grissom to seek a bed elsewhere, which leads Grissom to knock on Sara’s door. Sara and Grissom were to later have a case-related conversation while alone in Grissom’s room as well.

Warrick talks to Tina, his new wife on the phone about her fashion choices (and a few other things) while Nick lies nearby."

6x06 | Secrets and Flies
  • The plot that involved Grissom contradicting another insect expect, was supposed to air during the fifth season episode 'Iced', but was removed because of time constraints. And, the fifth season episode 'Iced' was originally titled 'Secrets and Flies'.
  • Gil Grissom co-wrote a paper with Mark Thayer, who Grissom has to prove a theory wrong against him.

  • Gil Grissom's father died when he was 9.
  • Gil Grissom tells Catherine that when his father died no one would tell him why.
