Make the coolest videos you want!!
A lot of the videos can be found on sites like YouTube, also they are available for download from personal fansites.
There are different categories of music video just as there is with fan fiction. Some are themed with a certain pairing or "ship". Common ones for CSI include:

Of course other themes are rampant, such as AU (alternate universe) in which the video creators come up with their own plot. Angst, romance, fluff etc. Here are some videos that sample a little bit everything.
