Season 6 finale starts with a flashback of the previous episode where Jim is shot during a hostage negotiation we see him in hospital.

Nick: Oh, congratulations.
Hodges: You know, women aren't the only ones who feel the pressure to look good. Time was, having a rotund belly was a sign of prosperity and success... now, it just means you're a lazy glutton not getting any.
Grissom (referring to the victim who wore a corset, giving him an impossibly small waist and displacing his internal organs): David... are you getting the liver temp or performing acupuncture?
David: Well, his liver's not where it's supposed to be. Do you think this is some kind of birth defect?
Grissom (to Sara): What do you think?
Sara: I think.... I feel fat.
(Looking at the victim's body)
Grissom: Where's the head?
Nick (with little enthusiasm): I'll find it.
(Break in the conversation and Grissom finds a toupe)
Grissom: Hey Nick?
Nick: Yeah?
Grissom: I think I found a toupé. Our vic may be bald.
Nick (sarcastically): Thanks. That will help me distinguish it from the other severed heads I find out here.
Aha! moments:
We find out that Brass has given Grissom his power of Attorney.
Romantic moments?
The biggest moment ever between Grissom and Sara. Grissom is in a bedroom and is talking about how he would like to die. He says cancer, so he would be able to say goodbye to the ones he loves. We don't know who he is talking to until Sara comes out of the bathroom and says, "I'm not ready to say goodbye." This episode is a milestone in the series because it makes the Grissom-Sara romance canon.

Man that sucks because I have not got the chance to see that episode yet. I don't know why I missed that one, but that really sucks. I need to see it.

i loved that moment when you find out they were living together they are a great couple and when grissom is lying on the bed and sara walks in with and dressing gown on and she says she is not ready to say goodbye and when he finally reveals he love her its njust so amazing i love it

The moment that sara and grissom appeared on screen together in a rather provocative situation, i can't conyain my self!!!! It has got to be the best revelation ever that happened since season 1 (apart from the other revelations pertraining to the killers etc.)

That moment, has t obe the greatest GSR scenen to date...well..ok...you have the happenstance scene where we find out theyre living together, then you have the finale where he says he loves her in front of the team..but close!!
