Synopsis: A man walks into a shabby apartment and shoots the occupant. On his way home, a teenager's car crashes into his car. Ally Sullivan insists on calling the police but the man refuses. As he leaves, he sees her texting her phone. Thinking that she's calling the police, he kills her. The CSIs have a hard time finding this killer as he knows how to cover his tracks really well. He is truly a professional.

I know you're not suppose to like the criminals but I liked Carl Cooper. Sure he killed 2 people the first guy was a rat and the the girl was an innocent but Carl came off as sympathic a guy. He missed out on the first 5 or 6 years of his daughters life and then the rat who put him in jail contacts him it probably drove him insane its just to bad that he felt the need to kill the girl who ran in to his car. If he just told her that his wife would leave him if she found out he was in that part of town or they didn't need to involve insurance companies as he worked at an autobody shop and could do the work himself.
