Best cringe-inducing scenes:

Classic quips:
Grissom: The GCMS soil analysis found cadavarine, putrescine and several other organic compounds.
Brass: Yeah .. English .. please?
Grissom: It means there was a body buried in Karen's backyard.

Warrick: So this kid has two moms?
Brass: King Solomon threatened to cut the baby in half. What are you going to do?
Catherine: King Solomon didn't have a DNA lab.

(Kelly stands up and walks toward Nick)
Kelly Gordon: You know how when you came to see me, what you said about when I get out, not taking it with me. I've been thinking a lot about that, I wanted you to know.
Nick (nods) You alright?
Kelly Gordon: Perfect.

Greg: It's like trying to get an ID on swimmers from ripples in the pool.

Aha! moments:
Gil tells Catherine about his father's death when he was nine years old. Gil also reveals that his mother puts a present under the Christmas tree for his father and unwraps it before Gil got up to make it seem like he is still alive.
