James Johnson was pledging to get into a frat, and one of the members,
Kyle, decides to get back at James for an incident with Kyle's girlfriend.
Kyle ties a string to a piece of liver and tells James he has to swallow the huge piece of liver and trust Kyle to pull it out of his throat.

James does as he's told, and when Kyle pulls the string, it breaks, leaving James to choke to death.
