| Suffocation... Jane Galloway was murdered with a plastic bag... | Vicodin... After he was thrown out of a window Nick has to recover from his injuries... | Nigel Crane... Is he the man who killed Jane Galloway? |
The new crime scene gives the team of Gil Grissom a lot of unsolved questions... how did the killer come in when all the windows and the door were securely closed? And how did he get out? It gets even harder when they realise that the victim wasn't the first aim of the killer...
Victims: Suspects: Major Investigators:
- Jane Galloway
- Nick Stokes
- Nigel Crane*
- Adam Piorio
- The whole team
Path of evidence:
- The sight of Jane Galloway reminds Nick on something, but he can't put his finger on it...
- Her hair had been dyed
- She was killed with a plastic bag... COD: suffocation
- There are many holes in the floor of the attic... someone watched her night and day...
- Nick receives an e-mail with photographs of his prom date... and suddenly realizes that the crime scene reminded him of this...
- They find out that she had 'Luna cable' and that leads them to Nigel Crane....
- He didn't live in his apartment, but in his attic... they find a creepy video collection...
- They find out that it wasn't for Jane Galloway... it was all about Nick...
Dead Ends:
- They suspect Jane's former boyfriend Adam Piorio to be her murderer at first... but he didn't do it...
Conclusion:
- Nigel Crane installed Luna cable at Jane's place and then he watched, controlled and finally killed her... he dyed her hair and positioned her exactly as in Nick's photo of his Prom date...
- He also installed the cable at Nick's place and started watching him, too. He stalked him, said that they become friends that day... but became angry with Nick when he didn't pay him any attention... He wants Nick to remember his name...
Best cringe-inducing scenes:
The hole dialogue in the end is kind of creepy... and it really goes under the skin...
Confusion:
"You're wearing my clothes?"
"Oh yeah... I'm... you know... I-I picked these up at the dry cleaner and I-I hope you don't mind... it's just that... I'm sorry... I-I-I guess I get a little confused about what's yours and what's mine..."
A gift:
" So... you know... consider that... a gift..."
"A gift?"
"Yeah... Prom night... your date... Melissa... bent over the toilet puking her guts out... is that ringing any bells?"
"Yeah..."(...)
"You mentioned her name in your sleep..."
"You watch me sleep?"
Manners:
"Are you humoring me Nick?"
"No."
"You know... we made friends that day... and every time since, you... just blew me off... do you know that? You just completely blanked me... you were so self-absorbed... I was right in front of your face... MANNERS NICK, MANNERS..."
I'm one...
"I'm one, who am I? I'm one, who am I? I'm one, who am I?..."
Aha! moments:
Prom night...Guest Stars:
When Nick receives several photos of his Prom night from someone called 'Horn-dog' he realises that Jane Galloway was positioned like his Prom date...
Crime Stopper...
When the team watches Nigel's Video collection they discover the Crime Stopper article in the background and realise that this isn't about Jane Galloway... it's about Nick..
Classic Quips:
Warrick: Nick Stokes, Crime Stopper!
Sara laughs
Nick: Where did you get those?
Moments silence
Sara and Warrick together: Greg.
Doc Robbins: We know two things for certain. Jane Galloway died from a lack of O2 and she is a natural blonde.
Catherine: What are you looking at me for?
.
