- We see insights into many of the character here. Grissom – “Congratulations Nicky my boy…” Nick – Gets promoted to CSI level 3 Warrick – Happy for Nick, even though he missed out on the promotion Everyone seems shocked/devastated when Brass tells them that Holly Gribbs has been shot, however Grissom in particular seems horrified and obviously Warrick, who was supposed to be with Holly is overcome.
