I love cats and dogs, i once went to get a kitten and ended up with four, Silver tabby (Monty), fluffy white and tan tortoise shell (Pebbles), pure black (Shadow) and a pure gray (Smokey). They are all dead now, one got run over by a car, one sort of got adopted by an elderly lady who was lonely, Shadow and Smokey lived for 16yrs. We also got a rescue German shepard dog that failed police training (Sheba) who lived for many years. I just have a re-homed Orange wing Amazon parrot now, all my pets and friends dying over the years was too much for me to have any more, too upsetting. All my family have lots of pets, my niece has a pet rat of all things!
