Gill Grissom

Hi, everyone, my real name is Dora, I'm 21 y.o. (and sometimes acting like a 12 y.o.). Online I’m known as Forensic Girl or Sméagol Jr. People say that I’m a LOTR freak and I couldn’t not agree with them, I really am very obsessed with the trilogy and the LOTR related stuff; I love Tolkien for the masterpiece he gave us!

Anyway, since I was little I wanted to become an investigator. I read lots of mystery and detective novels and always tried to guess who the bad guys are before the end. I don’t remember when I first saw a CSI episode, but I started watching it constantly two years ago. Being obsessed by details, CSI was something I long expected to see, I guess. Solving crimes based on analysis of the right details and the small traces apparently unnoticeable. After seeing a couple of seasons, I started reading a forensic science book borrowed from the library, even if it was a little out-dated. Not having the right tools, I improvised a little in collecting fingerprints, so I used some eye-powder and a cosmetic brush to collect my own prints. My sister promised me the CSI fingerprint kit as my birthday present and I can’t wait!! 45 days (from today) and countdown continues till 6th of June.

I have an online blog, but I mostly write in Romanian (my birth language). Regarding the blog, I thought of starting some reviews on the CSI episodes. I promise you guys that I’ll write them in English; after all, it would me much easy for me for there are some expressions that fit and sound better in English.

Talking about the CSI characters, I must say I first liked Grissom. He seems like a great man, co-worker and even father for team. When I saw Sara, I felt like she has some pieces of mine. I think we have some things in common. She’s a sensible woman, emotional and warmer than the others. Catherine is a hard working mother, dealing with many unpleasant situations. Nick and Warrick make a great professional couple, they work together very well. David and Doc Robbins count among my favorite, they seem funny, a dark sense of humor that is. Hodges is a veritable lab rat and he plays his role very good. Jim Brass is a very sarcastic person, but I like him, esspecially when he told Grissom "You've got something stuck to your shoe... Wait. It's just Sanders." LOL. And so we came to the delicate part: yes, I admit, I like Greg more then the rest and beyond his CSI work. Yes, he’s sweet. Very sweet even and I won’t lie that if I’ll ever get the chance, I would kiss him (kissing being something that I enjoy very fun, I could say I’m crazy about kissing), although I would say that Eric Szmanda is a great kisser even if he may not be.
Well, that about all for now. Enjoy CSI and stay safe!

And now the proof of my fondness to Greg/Eric:

(don't take it as granted, it's edited in photoshop)
