My name is Linda. I am 28 years old, and I live in a rural town in the west. I like to write stories, whether they be fan fictions or original stories. Another thing I like to do is listen to music, especially if it's pop music. The reason I joined this community is because I would like to discuss things having to do with "CSI," especially Eric Szmanda (aka Greg Sanders), who is my favorite actor. I would also like to make a few friends along the way. Just so you know, I am not a GSR supporter. I feel that the writers handled the romance poorly, sacrificing the integrity of the show for the sake of cramming 30 seconds' worth of GSR into every episode in the seventh season and now this season. I've taken a lot of flack for my stance. However, I stand by what I've been saying all along. Hate me all you want. I won't budge.  By the way, a big shout out to Grillows supporters!  You rock!~*~*~*~*~ Generally, I don't have a problem with GSR fans. There are GSR supporters who are rational and respectful, and have no desire to condemn me or attempt to silence me because of my opposition to GSR and Sara. And even if they do cross the line and say something nasty, they realize their mistake and apologize. For these people, I'm grateful. However, there are those who are controlling and pushy, who would like nothing better than for me to either shut up and go away, or join their ranks. Well, I have news for them, and it goes something like this. - I will not be quiet!I will not stifle my opinions!I will not walk on eggshells around you and coddle you, as though you are children, just because you dislike the fact that I'm anti-GSR/Sara Sidle! I WILL say what is on my mind, whether it be an anti-GSR/anti-Sara thought or whatever! I am under no obligation to keep my mouth shut when it comes to my thoughts regarding GSR and Sara. I am a "CSI" fan, just like you. And last I checked, this website was called "CSI Wiki," not "GSR/Sara Wiki." That means that all "CSI" fans - including those of us who do not support GSR or Sara - are welcome to talk about anything regarding "CSI" ... including our thoughts and feelings about certain characters or relationships. Had this website been dedicated solely to GSR and/or Sara, you would have a point. However, this is a website that focuses on "CSI" in general, which means - you can disagree with me all you want, but don't even THINK about telling me to keep my thoughts to myself. If you can't handle the fact that I am opposed to GSR and Sara, and that I'm very open about my feelings regarding that specific pairing and character, then that's your problem; a problem that you will have to get over. I will not put up with you bossing me around and telling me that I can't express my opinions. I'm a "CSI" fan and a human being, who has the exact same rights as you GSR/Sara fans! If I want to disagree with you and speak out against GSR and Sara, that's my right! You can push me around and complain about my opinions all you want, but I am not going to budge and I am certainly not going to give up my right to express myself freely! I figure that if you're free to bash and trash my favorite characters and/or relationships, then I have that same right!
